By shopping with Sparks & Arcs, you agree to the following:

1. Custom Products: All items are custom cut and made to order. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

2. Production Time: Most orders ship in 7–14 business days. Custom designs may take longer depending on complexity.

3. Shipping: We offer $6.95 flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only). Once an order ships, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

4. Refunds & Returns: Because products are made to order, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or repair it at no cost.

5. Use of Website: You agree not to copy, reproduce, or resell our products, designs, or website content.
