At Sparks & Arcs, each piece is custom cut and made to order. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s ever a problem with your order, here’s how we handle it:
Damaged or Defective Items

If your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll ask for photos of the damage to help us file a claim with the carrier.

We’ll replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
Wrong or Missing Items

If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship the correct item right away.
Custom Orders

Custom designs, names, or monograms cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
